The CK60 soft starter limits starting current and torque to prevent mechanical shock and voltage drops. By controlling thyristor conduction angles, it gradually increases motor voltage to rated levels within set time parameters. This stepless voltage control allows precise acceleration matching to load characteristics, significantly improving equipment performance while reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
