The MT830 high-voltage solid-state integrated soft starter builds upon the MT830 soft starter by adding a trolley-type vacuum circuit breaker and integrating high-voltage switchgear functions for enhanced performance and stability.
This model is specifically designed for starting and stopping AC motors as running power, featuring low starting current, smooth acceleration, and extended service life for both motors and starting equipment.
Soft starting optimizes water pump operation by gradually increasing current, voltage, and torque parameters during startup. This approach:
- Reduces mechanical impact and wear
- Minimizes noise and vibration
- Extends pump service life
- Lowers power demand during startup
- Protects power supply equipment from high current effects
Particularly valuable in applications requiring frequent starts (water supply systems, HVAC) or operating under poor power conditions.
The standard KYN28-12 cabinet features:
- Fully metal armored, assembled structure
- Constructed from imported high-quality zinc-aluminum-deposited steel plate
- CNC machining with advanced folding process
- High precision, corrosion resistance, and lightweight design
- Compliant with GB3906 and IEC298 standards
- 2mm minimum aluminum-zinc coating thickness
- 2.5mm cold rolled steel panel with epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying
- Supports parallel cabinets with multiple outlet configurations (top/bottom inlet/outlet, busbar connection)
- Standard protection grade: IP40 (customizable)
- Standard color: RAL7035 (customizable)
- Custom sizes available

The Anchorwill MT800 series high voltage solid-state soft starting device consists of multiple thyristors in series-parallel configuration. By controlling thyristor trigger angles, it precisely regulates output voltage to meet various motor starting requirements.
During operation, the device follows preset starting curves to gradually increase motor voltage, enabling smooth acceleration while minimizing electrical and mechanical stress on both the motor and power grid. Upon reaching normal speed, a bypass vacuum contactor or circuit breaker engages to complete the starting process.
The system continuously monitors motor performance during operation, providing real-time measurement of current, voltage, and comprehensive fault protection.
