Principle of Operation
The soft starter limits starting current and torque to prevent mechanical shock and grid voltage drops during startup. By controlling thyristor conduction angles, it gradually increases motor voltage to rated levels within set time parameters. This stepless voltage control allows precise regulation according to load characteristics, ensuring smooth equipment acceleration.
