The entire process proceeds as follows:

Crushing and crushing by impurity removal machine: Ton bags of material first pass through the impurity removal machine, which may crush and crush the materials. This helps break up large debris, remove solid objects, or move materials to make them easier to handle.

Mixing: After passing through the impurity remover, materials may enter the mixing equipment. The purpose of stirring is to fully mix the materials, ensure that the impurities in it are evenly distributed, and improve the effect of the subsequent screening process.

Trommel screen debris screening: After stirring, the materials enter the drum screen equipment. The trommel screen is a rotating screen used to separate debris and target materials. During the rotation process, larger debris will be intercepted by the screen, while smaller target materials will pass through the screen and flow to downstream processing.

Loading into ton bags: After being screened by a trommel screen, the materials with debris removed are loaded into ton bags (a large container) for subsequent transportation and processing. Ton bags can hold a large amount of materials and facilitate loading, unloading and stacking.

Paddle dryer processing: Ton bags filled with materials are sent to the feed of the paddle dryer for stacking. Paddle dryer is a device used to dry materials. After being stacked at the feed site, the materials will be gradually transported to the drying area and dried by hot air or other drying media to remove moisture and allow the materials to reach the required dryness.

In short, the goal of this pretreatment system is to remove impurities from the ton bags through steps such as impurity removal, crushing, mixing and screening, and to load the purified materials into the ton bags for further processing. This process helps improve the quality and purity of the material and ensures smooth subsequent processing steps.
