Forged(hot rolling)steel ball: Our company mainly produces Φ20mm-Φ200mm forged steel ball. Huafu balls feature high accurate dimensions,rounded geometry shape, high hardness and good mechanical properties,wear-resistance,no deformation,no breakage.
Huafu is equipped with advanced casting and forging producing facilities, a full inspection system, well educated professional persons and a management team. We import automatic hot rolling steel ball production line and semi-automatic hot rolling production line for the fast changing market. We also make our advanced heat processing lines. Our products are all produced of good-quality steel. They are cut by plasma cutting machines and heated by electric furnaces which increase the full hardness, impact the toughness and lower the break rate of steel balls.
