Tower Crane Safety Feature
Torque limiter: Control torque, it will warn when lifting weights reach 90% of rated lifting torque. When reaching 110% of the rated lifting torque, it will limit rising upwards and trolley.
Weight limiter: Control the maximum lifting capacity; if the lifting weight exceeds 40% of the rated capacity, high-speed lifting is prohibited; if the lifting weight exceeds 110 % of the rated capacity, lifting up is prohibited.
Height limiter: Control the lowest and highest extreme position of the lifting hook.
Slewing limiter: Control the extreme turns number of turns left and right.
Amplitude limiter: Control trolley limit position of inward and outward.
