2.Linear guideways can achieve high precision and greatly enhanced moving accuracy.

3.Worktable features a division sinusoidal electro-magnetic chuck, providing sturdy construction and powerful magnetism.

4.Down feed system is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through a play free screw and controlled by electronic handwheel. The minimum feed amount is 0.001mm per grid, and the feed is smooth and accurate.

5.Grinding motor, with coolant through motor spindle and quick change wheel flange in design.

6.Grinding tool, ring wheels, segmental heads, SDC and CBN wheels.

7.Traverse drive is driven by a servo motor, using gear and rack transmission with stepless speed regulation, achieving a stable operation speed of 1-25 meters/min.

8.Coolant water through the hollow motor shaft and from the sides.

9.Lubrication system features an adjustable central electrical lubrication mechanism, which can adjust the automatic oil supply to the enclosed working area.

10.Electric cabinet equipped with a touch screen and control interface, is installed on the grinding head carriage.
