The 100AH capacity battery pack can reach less than 5MV after being fully charged and balanced. The smaller the capacity, the better the effect.

 

How to judge the working state of the balancer:

1. After the balancer is turned on, the balancer indicator will light up.

2. Using a clamp-on DC meter, you can measure the balance current on each balance wire.

3 - By measuring and comparing the voltage change of each battery series and the overall voltage difference change to determine whether it is balancing .

4- By measuring the total voltage of the battery after charging, we can judge whether it has been increased and improved.

5- You can measure whether there is voltage drop at both ends of each balance wire to judge whether there is balance current.

 

• before wiring , must take off connectors .All the wires sequence must be correct . Use multimeter to test all wires are correct , then plug on connector
• first time use must use charger to charge . keep charger charging untill satisfied .The relationship between the equalizer and the BMS

APP Installation and Use

APP custom settings:1-10A, because of constant current and constant voltage technology, The balanced current is independent of the battery pressure difference.

The APP has Android and IOS version. Password: "123456"

1). IOS users download the APP : Search "Enerkey" in App Store to download

2). Android users download the APP:“http://www.enerkey.cn/” download

3). According to your battery type and battery string number, change the parameters in APP

4). In the APP, you can view the total voltage, average voltage,naximum voltage difference of the battery pack,and the voltage and line resistance information of each battery.There is also an alarm function to detect the equilibriumtemperature, MOS temperature,and battery pack temperature in real time.

 

Wiring Diagram

The use of battery power or DC adapter power supply, its wiring method is the same, only the following two differences:
1 Battery power supply support 4S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±3mV;
2 DC adapter power supply support 2S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy ±1mV. The following figure shows how to install and connect the 24S battery pack:

EK-24S10EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The following uses the 36S as an example to describe how to install and connect cables:

Notice:
1.When used in cascade, there is at least one "energy exchange commonend" between every two equalizers. When welding, please note whetherthe connection here is correct.

2.During cascading use, please check whether the wiring is wrongrepeatedly.lf it cannot be used after connection, please contactafter-sales personnel to consult the corresponding cascade diagram.
