The kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device is installed in high humidity and high temperature environments such as industrial kitchens, commercial kitchens, and residential kitchens. It consists of a fire extinguishing agent storage container assembly, drive gas storage container assembly, pipeline, nozzle, valve and its driving device, temperature sensor, control device, gas valve, etc. This complete apparatus for extinguishing fires can automatically detect and activate in the event of a fire.
Our company produces two types of electromagnetic kitchen fire extinguishing devices: CMDS12-1-RG (Single bottle Group) and CMJS10-1-RG (Single bottle group), as well as CMDS22-2-RG (Double Bottle Group) and CMJS18-2-RG (Double bottle Group).

Working principle of automatic fire extinguishing device for kitchen equipment:
- When the temperature of the wok on the kitchen stove reaches 360~366 ° C, the oil in the wok begins to spontaneously ignite, and the temperature reaches more than 400 ° C in a short time. When the burning flame generates huge heat and the temperature in the smoke hood rises to 183 ° C, the temperature detector is disconnected, thus starting the fire extinguishing device of the kitchen equipment.
- At the same time when the device starts automatically, the gas in the cylinder is driven through the pressure reducing device to push the agent into the wok and the smoke hood instantaneously through the atomizing nozzle, and chemical reaction occurs with the burning oil, forming a thick covering layer, so that the oil is isolated from the air, the fire is terminated, and the purpose of rapid fire extinguishing is achieved.
- The equipment starts to make the gas valve automatically close, completely cut off the gas, and start the sound and light alarm system through the micro switch, start the alarm.
- After the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed, the water flow valve will automatically start, and the water will be sprayed into the oil pan and the exhaust hood to make it pass the physical cooling to prevent the secondary reignition.

Note: Usually the heat of the stove can not reach the temperature of the temperature detector fuse will not cause false spray.
