• At the same time when the device starts automatically, the gas in the cylinder is driven through the pressure reducing device to push the agent into the wok and the smoke hood instantaneously through the atomizing nozzle, and chemical reaction occurs with the burning oil, forming a thick covering layer, so that the oil is isolated from the air, the fire is terminated, and the purpose of rapid fire extinguishing is achieved.

• The equipment starts to make the gas valve automatically close, completely cut off the gas, and start the sound and light alarm system through the micro switch, start the alarm.

• After the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed, the water flow valve will automatically start, and the water will be sprayed into the oil pan and the exhaust hood to make it pass the physical cooling to prevent the secondary reignition.
