Flow chart
1. Paper Rack: The protective paper is loaded onto a rack and transferred to the forming and conveying section within the frame body of the production line.
2. Raw Material Measurement: Gypsum powder is precisely measured and introduced into the beater or mixing equipment.
3. Beater: The measured gypsum powder, along with other additives and materials, is thoroughly mixed in the beater to create a homogeneous mixture. This mixture is then spread evenly onto the protective paper.
4. Molding Machine: The gypsum mixture-coated protective paper is fed into the molding machine, which applies pressure and extrusion to shape the gypsum board.
5. Conveyor: The newly formed gypsum boards are conveyed on a conveyor belt, allowing them to undergo initial and intermediate stages of coagulation or solidification.
6. Dryer: The partially solidified gypsum boards are transferred to a dryer, where they are subjected to controlled heat and airflow to remove excess moisture, resulting in fully dried boards.
7. Palletizer: Once dried, the gypsum boards are transported to a palletizer. In this stage, the boards' edges are palletized or stacked neatly, preparing them for packaging.
