  The mushroom greenhouse has two types: one is black-white film covering greenhouse, other is there is a small tunnel greenhouse in a biger greenhouse with shding net.

  Because the mycelium absorbs oxygen continuously in respiration, please make sure  strong ventilation for adequate oxygen.

The black-white greenhouse includes the covering material (black-white plastic film) + hot galvanized steel framework + door + ventilation system+ optional system (heating system, cooling system,etc)

The balck-white plastic film is composed of 3 layers.

The first layer is PE  which is anti aging and dust proof. The middle layer is EVA for insulation. The third layer is PE fro inner space. It is anti aging and auxiliary treated of anti-drip.

We also supply the mushroom growing shelf and net. The shelf is hot galvanized steel which is necessary to to resist the corrosion from the wet situation.

The grid size is 2m length and 1m width. The wire diameter can be 3.5mm and 4.5mm.

Packing: 

  The beam, columns, crossing pull poles and arm ties will be tied up and loaded into container directly.

  The spare parts for connecting will be packed in cartons with film inner lined.

  The Film will be packed in rolls with packing film wrapped outside.

Shipping:

  The 1000sqm greenhouse can be loaded into a 20' container and a 40'HC. However, the real loading quantity will be influenced by the real design of greenhouse.
