The machine is a new computer control system, automatical high speed wound dressing making machine.Using advanced technology at
home and abroad.In the operation of the equipment, computer monitor all the way.Raw materials as followings:PU/PE/PVC/non-woven
fabric, absorbent pad, release paper.
Features:
1.High production speed: To replace the present wound dressing equipment low production efficiency and hiring huge volume of
employees greatly. Only needs one operator.
2. Euipment configuration: The machine uses of Shenzhen Adtech servo motor, Taiwan yonghong PLC control system, 10 inch touch
screen connection. Other appliances are Delixi, software programming;Technology uses the overseas advanced technique, and the
theory of our long-term practical experience in scheduling software programs.
Combined with automatic phase in the operation of the equipment.Adjust the position of absorbent pad automatically.Powder
metallurgy high speed steel hobbing cutter.Stainless outer packing.
3.Change the mould only needs 30minutes, after cutter installed, input the size which needed on computer touch screen, and then
continue production as usual.
4. Uses of magnetic powder brake, and magnetic powder clutch automatic constant tension control system, ensure the equipment
running at the high speed stability.
