Product Description:
Main Applications:
- Primarily used as a base or intermediate coat in nail polish applications.
- Crystal droplet adhesives, substrate lamination, and protective coatings.
- Formulated for PVC flooring to enhance yellowing resistance and matte finish systems.
- Coatings for optical fibers.
Processes:
- Suitable for screen printing, roller coating, spraying, and adhesive applications.
- Compatible with conventional UV monomers and resin blends.
Typical performance characteristics
- Quick surface drying under LED, flexible resin, excellent scratch resistance, superior yellowing resistance, good water and chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and non-crystallization properties.
- Number of functional groups: 2, Curing energy: 300-500 mJ/cm², curable with both UV and UV-LED.
- Molecular weight (Mw): 1500-3000, soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.
This product is well-suited for applications requiring fast surface drying, flexibility, durability against scratches and yellowing, and resistance to water, chemicals, and high temperatures. It can be cured using UV or UV-LED light sources and is compatible with various solvents.

Storage and validity period:
1: This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated room, and strictly protected from light exposure for stable storage.
2: Keep the resin away from heat sources and store it in a dark place to prevent potential hazards or affecting the stability of resin storage.
3: When stored at room temperature, it remains stable for six months. After use, please tightly seal the container to avoid exposure to light sources and gelation.
