Product Description:
Main applications: suitable for glass, metal, polyester lacquer surfaces, ceramic glazes, etching ink, cover plate ink, boiling water-resistant ink, acid and alkali resistant ink. It can be used for bonding between glass and between glass and aluminum alloy, UV water transfer printing on glass polyester lacquer surfaces (including hot stamping), and as a base for vacuum metallization on glass.
Processes: screen printing, roller coating, spraying, adhesive, etc. Soluble in conventional UV monomers and resins. It can be used in other formulations to improve adhesion.
Typical performance characteristics:
◎ Excellent adhesion (3M cross-cut test, no peeling), good film strength, good yellowing resistance, resistant to cutting fluid ≥3h, resistant to 70% concentration of phosphoric acid and nitric acid ≥0.5h, resistant to hydrofluoric acid ≥0.5h, resistant to 5% alkali soak ≥1h, hardness ≥1H. After baking at 180°C for 30 minutes, it can withstand soaking in 52°C white wine and boiling water for ≥24h.
◎ After UV curing, infrared heating can be used to further promote adhesion. Baking at 180°C for 30 minutes yields better results.
◎ Number of functional groups: 2.5-3.0, curing energy: 500-1000 mJ/cm², can be cured by UV, UV-LED, and UV-cationic methods.
◎ Molecular weight Mw = 2500-3000, soluble in ketone, ester, and aromatic solvents.

Storage and validity period:
1: This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated room, and strictly protected from light exposure for stable storage.
2: Keep the resin away from heat sources and store it in a dark place to prevent potential hazards or affecting the stability of resin storage.
3: When stored at room temperature, it remains stable for six months. After use, please tightly seal the container to avoid exposure to light sources and gelation.
