Product Description:

Main Applications:This product is suitable for bonding PET, glass, acrylic, and stainless steel. It can be used for bonding glass to glass, as well as glass to aluminum alloy. Additionally, it is used in coatings for optical fibers, UV adhesives, nail polish, edge sealing, encapsulation, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and more.

Processes: include adhesive applications, screen printing, roller coating, spraying, etc. It is soluble in conventional UV monomers, resins, and other solvents.It's a versatile solution for various bonding and coating applications across different substrates and industries.

Typical performance characteristics

1:Excellent temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, water resistance, and tear resistance.

2:Number of functional groups: 2, curing energy: 500-1000 mJ/cm², can be cured under UV/UV-LED.

3:Molecular weight (Mw) = 1500-3000, soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.

Storage and validity period:

1: This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated room, and strictly protected from light exposure for stable storage.

2: Keep the resin away from heat sources and store it in a dark place to prevent potential hazards or affecting the stability of resin storage.

3: When stored at room temperature, it remains stable for six months. After use, please tightly seal the container to avoid exposure to light sources and gelation.
