Product Introduction:

Discharge suction rubber hose is part of dredge pipeline for dredger, usually with the steel pipe or HDPE pipe connected in one set of pipeline. We know that the general steel pipe and HDPE pipe do not have much flexibility, while the discharge rubber hose has such characteristics. In the working environment with high wind and waves, the discharge rubber hose can rely on its own softness to offset part of the wind, so as to ensure the safety of the whole pipeline. Besides, Dredging hoses' wear lining is super wearable and suitable of various of dredging objects. This allows for smooth bending of the hose. It can be equipped with fixed steel flanges, loose steel flanges or rubber flanges.

The rubber suction and discharge hose has an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of cloth or cord and spiral steel wire are used as the reinforcement layer, and the outer rubber layer is determined according to the use of the pipe. These materials provide resistance against the abrasion and chemical attack from the transported mud or slurry

Applications:
Suction and delivery hose is widely used in dredging engineering dredging vessels to clean up sludge, suction and discharge seawater, sand, sewage, sludge and agricultural irrigation.

Large diameter mud suction and discharge rubber hoses are also used for transferring drilling mud and other fluids between offshore drilling platforms and onshore storage tanks.
