HSJ-120mm Single Screw Extruder
HSJ-120mm Single Twin Screw Extruder
The Main Extruder is designed specially for processing FOAMED EPS(PS) Material to make the basic panel board from recycled material, This will greatly reduced the manufacture cost; the assist extruder is specially for coating the virgin material on the top for a glossy surface. The two extruder will share one electric control cabinet.

Cooling Water Tank
Cooling and Calibration water tank(Length 12m)
This unit is mainly used for cooling and shaping the panels after the extrusion mold to help the PVC products fast finalization and guarantee it not out of shape. It is installed with 4 kw vacuum pump and 3 kw water pump, for reliable production.
Double Caterpillar Traction Machine
Traction/Haul off Machine
With each crawler driven by frequency motor, this machine can automatically change its working speed synchronous with the whole production line speed.The caterpillar is soft and it can protect panels well while it works.
Hot-Stamping/Embossing machine
For this Charcoal Panel film work is specially done by a groups of hot-stamping and embossing machines, from 10-20 sets different based as per panel design. In these hot-stamping machine, some would be pneumatic, some would be manual. The Embossing machine is installed with steel-wheels for pressing patterns on the panels; while hot-stamping machine is installed with rubber-wheels for printing the film patterns on the panels.
Under cooperation of hot-stamping and embossing, you will different designs of panels.
Panel Stacker
This unit is mainly for collecting the panels after proudction. It will discharge the panels automatically and piles the panels into bundle. It can automatically cut with set length, auto counting function.
