General Introduction:
PVC Pipe Making Machine is mainly used in the production of Agricultural water supply & water discharge system, architectural water supply & discharge system, wire laying system, etc.
The overall design is fine, installed capacity is small, energy consumption is little, pollution-free.
Producing pipe diameter range: Φ 16mm-Φ 630mm.

- Unique screw design will not make the material to stay in the barrel for too long. It is very good to mix and plasticize together.
- Gearbox is excellent in performance, and the appearance is very beautiful. It is very stable and does not produce too much noise.
- Barrel adopts copper fin ceramic heater and air cooling system, which has advantages of good heating, cooling effect and accurate temperature control.
- The exhaust system is vacuum exhaust, which can easily volatilize the water contained in the material. The quality of the product is improved greatly.
- Adopts vacuum finalizing device, vacuum spray box, tube spray cooling box, and all parts that contact the water, adopt stainless steel material.
Process Flow:
HSJZ-65/132 Extruder→ Pipe Mould→Mark-line Extrude→ Spraying Vacuum Sizing Tank→ Water Cooling Tank→ Tractor → Cutter→ Pipe Stacker
