Chained Designed Corrugated Pipe Forming Machine used a lot in our production. The Forming machine is installed with 40-90 pairs of mould. The bottom template material use: 38CrMoAl.
The Pipe is quick shaping by chilled water, and blowers installed on each side of the machine. In this way, it greatly improved the cooling effect, so the pipes shaping greatly nice.
Moulds Choice
Two-Cavity Corrugated Mould, means one mould will designed with 2 pipe size, it mainly applied in smaller size, such as 16+32mm, 20+25mm.
Single-Cavity Corrugated Mould, means one mould will designed with 1 pipe size, it mainly applied in Bigger size, such as 40/50mm.
16-50mm Machine Solution
Two-Cavity Corrugated moulds: 16+32mm 60 pairs. 20+25mm 60 pairs.
Single-Cavity Corrugated Mould: 40mm 60 pairs, 50mm 60 pairs.

Film Packing
|
Standard package is soft film and protected with thick sponge.
All machine will be fasten with steel wire to ensure the safety during that long sea transportation. Plywood case packing is also can be provided as per customer requirements. |
