DTZ-400BG Surface Temperature Calibration System is primarily used to calibrate surface sensors of various sizes and types, such as thermistors, film sensors, surface resistance thermometers, ribbon sensors, surface thermocouples, and more. The product consists of a controller and a heater. It is easy to operate, intuitive to display, and can be heated simply by setting the temperature.The temperature rises rapidly and the multi-stage PID temperature control is accurate. The effective use range is up to 130mm in diameter and has a communication interface to communicate with the computer. This product can be used as an infrared camera calibration source if it is slightly changed.

1.The calibration temperature can reach 600℃. The temperature rises and the temperature drops quickly.
DTZ-400BG series surface temperature calibration system has a good temperature rise and fall, from room temperature to 400℃, only 30 minutes, from 400℃ to room temperature, with a rapid cooling device only 50 minutes, greatly improving work efficiency .
2.Calibration plate diameter up to 130 mm, meeting most surface temperature sensor calibration needs

3.External reference platinum resistance thermometer to reduce calibration uncertainty

A platinum resistance thermometer with a diameter of 5 mm can be inserted as a standard for comparison and calibration, which greatly improves the calibration accuracy.
