System Process Flow

1. Homogenization and adjustment: Wastewater from all factory areas (including rainwater, sewage, and desulfurization wastewater) is combined and adjusted for optimal treatment.
2. Defluoridation and flocculation: Defluoridation agents and other treatment chemicals are added through pumps and reaction tanks. This process promotes the formation of flocs, which capture fluoride and other contaminants.
3. Solid-liquid separation: The treated wastewater undergoes a separation process to remove the settled flocs, resulting in clean effluent.
4. Discharge or reuse: The treated clean water meets the required standards and can be discharged or reused.
