 Product introduction

Ceramic filter material is made of clay, adding pore-forming agent, adhesive solvent, ball milling, screening, molding and calcination. Its surface is hard, internal micropores, with large specific surface area, high voidage characteristics. For water treatment, it has the characteristics of strong intercepting capacity, long filtration cycle, small filtration head loss, low backwashing water consumption, and is a new type of filter material to increase water production, optimize water quality and save energy consumption. In wastewater treatment and tap water treatment, precipitation, coagulation and biological ceramide filtration are generally adopted.

The particles are round, uniform, rough surface, multi-micropores, developed internal pores, large specific surface area, so that the biological bacteria have strong adhesion ability, fast reproduction, high membrane hanging efficiency, low temperature and low turbidity conditions to remove ammonia nitrogen effect to reach the national standard level, long working cycle, cycle water production, generally 500-100OM/M.
