Tips For AB Wheel Set

 

Here’s a 3-day weekly workout plan using the kit (rest 1 day between sessions):

Day 1: Core & Upper Body

1. Ab Roller: 3 sets of 10 rolls
2. Push-Up Bars: 3 sets of 12 push-ups
3. Resistance Bands (bicep curls): 3 sets of 15 reps
Rest 60 seconds between sets.

Day 2: Cardio & Lower Body

1. Jump Rope: 3 sets of 2-minute jumps (30s rest)
2. Resistance Bands (leg extensions): 3 sets of 18 reps/leg
3. Resistance Bands (glute bridges: loop band above knees): 3 sets of 15 reps
Rest 45 seconds between sets.

Day 3: Full-Body Circuit

1. Ab Roller: 1 set of 10 rolls
2. Push-Up Bars: 1 set of 10 push-ups
3. Resistance Bands (shoulder presses): 1 set of 12 reps
4. Jump Rope: 1 set of 1-minute jumps
Repeat the circuit 3 times (rest 90 seconds after each circuit).

 

Here are simple warm-up and cool-down moves to pair with the plan:

Warm-Up (5–10 minutes before each session)

1. Arm circles: 10 forward + 10 backward (loosen shoulders for push-ups/bands)
2. Bodyweight squats: 15 reps (activate legs for bands/jump rope)
3. Cat-cow stretches: 8 rounds (loosen core for ab roller)
4. Light rope skips: 1 minute (low intensity to raise heart rate)

Cool-Down (5–10 minutes after each session)

1. Band-assisted chest opener: Hold band behind back (wide grip), pull gently for 20 seconds
2. Hamstring stretch (use mat): Sit, extend one leg, hinge forward from hips (hold 20s/leg)
3. Shoulder stretch: Cross one arm over chest, pull with opposite hand (hold 20s/side)
4. Child’s pose (use mat): Kneel, sit back on heels, stretch arms forward (hold 30 seconds)
