Our skid-mounted hydrogen purification system is designed for large capacity applications, featuring two towers for water removal in hydrogen with full PLC control. The system achieves automatic regeneration of water removal towers at 150°C-180°C, delivering hydrogen with dew point below -70°C (1ATM).
The hydrogen purification system utilizes catalysis and adsorption technology. Hydrogen passes through the system where oxygen reacts with hydrogen under palladium catalyst to form water. Impurities including water, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide are adsorbed, producing high-purity hydrogen.
