Single-tooth roll crusher is a new type of coarse crushing equipment designed by combining the advantages of roll crusher and jaw crusher together and utilizing the advantages of these two types of crusher. The single roll crusher is composed of a toothed roll and a set of fixed screen plate, the toothed roll is driven by the motor, reducer and coupling, the large materials from the inlet into the crushing cavity consisting of toothed roll and screen plate, by the impact of the crushing teeth and splitting effect, the material will be crushed to the required size. In order to ensure the reliability of the single-tooth roll crusher under high temperature environment, the hollow spindle water circulation cooling method is adopted to control the bearing temperature within a certain range.
