The double toothed roller crusher is equipped with two toothed rollers, and the toothed roller surface is divided into large (small) wolf teeth, cutting coke special teeth, annular teeth, straight teeth, large plate teeth, etc. It is suitable for intermediate or coarse crushing situations where the finished product particle size requires 10-300mm and requires less powder and more particles. Such as limestone, metallic silicon, basalt, construction waste (concrete), quicklime, coal, coke, clay, chemical raw materials, etc. It can be widely used in industries such as mining, thermal power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, etc. It has the characteristics of low maintenance costs, no requirements for water content, reliable performance, low power consumption, low dust, and low noise.
According to user requirements, it can be divided into two types: V-belt and coupling transmission (hard link). This equipment can be powered by a diesel or gasoline engine when there is no electricity in the mine.
Toothed Roll Crusher working principle
The toothed roller crusher uses two wear-resistant crushing toothed rollers to crush materials through the high extrusion pressure generated by their relative rotation. After the materials enter the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), they are subjected to the extrusion and shear forces caused by the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers.
