12 Grinding Head Straight Line Glass Edge Polishing Edging Machine with Customization
This machine is designed with PLC system,which is mainly for grinding/polishing glass bevel edge, with bottom edge grinding. And it also has the function for grinding flat edge of the glass. 9 wheels for grinding bevelling edge, 1 wheel for grinding front arris, 1 wheel for grinding back arris, 1 wheel for grining flat edge.Conveyors use big chain transmitting system, and anti-friction rubber pads with NO.40 forging sheet steel bone. This structure guarantee glass is stably moved.
The working precision is high.Timing belt transfer glass, which has a stable transportation. Grinding wheels are driven by high precision CDQC motors.This machine is easy to operate and have a durable function.
