1. Product Overview

KQ-4010S is a manual scanning and counting leak detector designed according to the requirements of ISO14644-3 B.6 specification, which is specially designed for leak detection of air outlet filters. The 8" color LCD touch screen can monitor the concentration change at the downstream end and observe the particle size range (0.3,0.5,1.3,5,10um) in real time.

Users just need to input the leakage count value through the three keys of "↑", "↓" and "Scan/Stop" (i.e. OK key) of the handheld display, and get the leakage point information during the scanning process. Overscan information.

The KQ-4010S consists of four parts, a 28.3L high flow particle counter as the body, a handheld scanning sampling probe, an aerosol generator and a diluter.

The KQ-4010S meets the requirements of ISO14644-3 B.6, EN1822, IEST-RP-CC001.3, cGMPs, EU GMP.

KQ-Q610 aerosol generator is a portable cold generation aerosol generator developed and produced by our company, which is suitable for air flow rate ≤ 50000m3/h and can generate polydisperse aerosols up to 0.5-2×1013 P/h. It can meet the requirements of all HEPA filter tests from small clean units to large clean room air supply systems. B Diluter

 

KQ-D110 is a portable diluter, which can form a dilution ratio of 70-370, and it can meet the requirements of HEPA filter testing for all small clean units to large clean room air supply systems. This diluter creates a stable dilution ratio and effectively protects the leak detector.
