The CAFS 5012E explosion-proof gas mass flowmeter utilizes a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip, making it ideal for various applications involving clean, relatively dry gas flow measurement and process control. Its unique packaging technology allows the product to accommodate different flow measurement ranges, ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, stability, and low cost.
The CAFS 5012E incorporates a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ-Σ ADC, along with the internal calibration logic and MCU processor, ensures real-time acquisition and accurate flow signals without any external calibration compensation, guaranteeing high-precision flow output. The product also includes a power system and interface system, with a user-friendly digital output communication mode that allows easy access to data information. Its wide range of applications makes it highly versatile.
