UNITIZED GLASS CURTAIN WALL is a high-performance building envelope system based on industrialized precision manufacturing and modular rapid assembly principles. The system is fully prefabricated in factories, integrating structural frames, high-performance insulating glass (options include triple-glazing, Low-E coatings, laminated glass, etc.), thermal break profiles, multi-layer sealing gaskets, and drainage mechanisms into standardized three-dimensional unitized modules. These modules are transported to the construction site and installed in a "building-block" manner using heavy lifting equipment and intelligent positioning systems, achieving construction progress of thousands of square meters per day. This approach significantly reduces on-site wet work such as welding and sealing.

The units are connected via multi-directional adjustable plug-in joint systems, capable of compensating for three-dimensional tolerances of up to ±15mm. Combined with a triple-defense system of airtight, watertight, and structural seals, the system achieves a wind pressure resistance rating of up to Level 12, the highest national standard.
