Aluminized BOPET film

Advantages of BOPET film:
Good mechanical properties, good rigidity and high strength.
Excellent cold resistance and heat resistance. The applicable temperature range is -70~150℃.
Good water-blocking, gas-blocking and fragrance retention properties.
It has good antistatic properties, is easy to carry out vacuum aluminum plating, and can be coated with PVDC to improve its heat sealing properties, barrier properties and printing adhesion.
Resistant to grease, most solvents, and weakly acidic and alkaline liquids.
The disadvantage of BOPET film is poor puncture resistance.
The thickness of BOPET film can range from 1 micron to 400 microns. It is easy to modify, recyclable, has a wide range of applications, and has good mechanical, optical, and easy insulation properties.
Distinguished by film thickness:
Below 6 microns: Mainly used for processing capacitor films;
Below 20 microns: Mainly used to make tape-shaped substrates (such as audio tapes, video tapes, etc.) and most packaging and printing films. Usually films below 25 microns are called thin films.
25-65 microns: used for card protection, anti-counterfeiting, signs, unpacking cables, tapes, etc.;
Above 65 microns: mainly to meet the needs of thicker films such as special card protection films, films, X-ray films, and electrical insulation.
