Control Panel
The touch screen adopts Taiwan Delta PLC control system, the screen programming can display alarm signals and Self-check function, adjustable parameters and alarm reset,the operation is more convenient.
Gluing and Pressing
The glue is heated by glue pot, Adopt spiral structure to send glue,make the edge banding board and edge banding material evenly glued,press the edge band and board through the pressing wheel, to ensure the stronger adhesion. At the same time,double coating is suitable for cold areas in the north,when sealing some door panels with thickness and longer length, ensured the effective glue output.
End Cutting
It is composed of front and rear cutting, and controlled by Taiwan Airtac solenoid valve, and is protected by unique head-bump protection function.cut by a special saw blade to enhance the stability of the end cutting.
Fine Trimming
Fine trimming use oblique knife,it is used to seal some high-brightness seals without dark marks on the surface of the edge banding.
