Installation Instructions
1Substrate Preparation
Surface should be clean , free from grease , oil , dust or laitance.
2 Protective Clothing
This product should be applied in rubber gloves , goggles , protective clothing and dust mask .
Waterproof coating appliction
3 Tool : brush ,roller
1)Brush directly after stirring the material evenly .
2)The waterproof coating need to brush 2-3 layers ,and recommend that the thickness should be not beyond 0.6mm at per coating film.
1.0mm ≤the total thickness ≤2.0mm, the regular thickness is 1.5mm .
After the first layer is curing or not stick the hand ,do the second layer ,And the second should be at right angle to the first layer. The third layer use the same method .
4 The consumption of waterproof coating for reference
Thickness: 1.0mm , 1.5mm , 2.0mm
l If brush 1.0mm thickness , will use 1.5kg/square meter
l If brush 1.5mm thickness , will use 2.0kg/square meter
l If brush 2.0mm thickness , will use 2.5kg-3kg/square meter
