Applications

Protective clothing : rubber gloves ,goggles ,protective clothing and dust mask .
Tool : roller or brush or airless spray .
1. Substrate should be clean , flat and free from grease oil , dust or laitance . you can brush a little water to keep surface moist ,easy to construction ,and moisture content should less than 5%.
2.Brush directly after stirring the material evenly .(If the waterproof coating is too dense , you can add water. )
3. The waterproof coating need to brush 3-4 layers ,and recommend that the thickness should be not beyond 0.6mm at per coating film.
1.0mm ≤the total thickness ≤2.0mm, the regular thickness is 1.5mm .
1). Bruch a very thin layer , then lay the non-woven fabric , after the first layer is not glue the hand ,then brush the second layer , And the second should be at right angle to the first layer.
2). After the send layer of coating is not glue the hand or is curing , brush the third layer , the third layer is also at right angle to the second layer.
4. If necessary,add polypropylene fabric as reinforcement during the installation is better . Without PP fabric is also OK .
