High Boron High Speed Steel Rolls Description:
Adopting bimetallic composite exteusion casting process,the structure is dense,with high red hardness,wear resistance,impact resistance,and processability,It is not easy to produce pockmarks,peeling,or slotting during use;it can reduce intermrdiate rolling waste caused by rapid wear of the rolling groove,thereby improving the yield of the product;reduce the number of roll and groove changes to improve the operation rate of the rolling mikll;Good wear resistance,able to effectively control negative deviation rolling.

Mainly used for rebar in slitting and pre-slitting stands, the bimetal compound casting technology, good resistance to thermal cracking and excellent wear resistance compact structure.
