High Pressure Anti-Corrosive Centrifugal Exhaust Fan for Coal Mine 

Application:

SY19/SY26 centrifugal ventilators are generally used in high-pressure forced ventilation. They are also widely used to deliver non-corrosive, unnatural and non-viscous gas.

Structure: 

It consists of motor, cabinet, impeller, bears, transmission group and support frame etc.

1) Impeller: SY19 is with 12 pieces of blades; SY26 is with 16 pieces of blades. Both models’ blades are forward curved. The maximum peripheral speed of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser does not exceed 140m / s. Impellers would be tested for static and dynamic balance to make sure they can run smoothly.

2) Cabinet: welded curved cabinet, can be made of different materials

3) Air Inlet: made into a convergent and streamlined overall structure and is fixed onto the front cover group with bolts.

4) Transmission Group: composed of main shaft, bearing tube and coupling. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The overall structure of the axle box uses ball bearings and is lubricated with bearing grease.
