Working Principle:

Slurry flows along the line into hydrocyclone under pressure. Under centrifugal force, large particles are thrown to the wall, move downward with external swiring flow and are discharged from the lower frit chamber to get coarse-grained grit products. FIne particies move upward with the the internal swiring flow from the upper overflow pipe to get fine-grained overflow produts.
