Product Description:
Filter plate has a characteristic of stable performance, convenience operation, safe, energy saving. Narrow metal tube is made of seamless steel pipe, fine casting plastic steel filter plate is high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant and durability.
Frame is the basic component of filter press. Thrust plate and compass plate is on the two side of filter press, connected by side beams. Main beam supports the filter plate, filter frame and press plate.
Compass plate uses to press the filter plate and filter frame tightly, the rollers on two side to compass plate can slide on the rail of main beam.
Hydraulic compass unit is consisted with hydraulic station, oil cylinder, piston and rod, and connecting plate between piston rod and compass plate.
