Product Description:
The Vacuum Disc Filter works by using vacuum absorb technology to draw the liquid through the filter media.
Disc filter is a kind of continuous vacuum filtration equipment, it is mainly consisted with tank, main shaft, filtrate disc, distribution valve, material stripping device washing unit, drive unit, discharge unit etc.
The filtration cell of disc filter lines up together, which is made of shaped round filter disc. The piled material layer remains in the groove or ringlike edges when the slurry flows passed the filter disc. The back washing process ensures the water washing from the inner to outside of the filter disc, which can flush the solid down and discharge from the sewage outlet.

Working Principles:
The filter disc absorbs the slurry through holes by the function of vacuum negative pressure and form piled material layer. The filtrate shall be discharged from inside of filter plate through pipes, distribution valve and discharging tank.
After transferring the cake out of hopper, clean the filter cake and the cleaning can be omitted if not required.
The cake absorbed on the filter disc shall be transferred to the drying area and continue dewatering under vacuum effect.
After the cake dewatered, it transfers to the unloading area, and unload the cake with ceramic drawknife.
