Proportional valve, the full name is electro-hydraulic proportional valve, is a kind of hydraulic valve that converts the input electrical signal into force or displacement proportionally, so as to continuously control the pressure, flow and other parameters.
The proportional valve is composed of DC proportional electromagnet and hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve part is little different from the general hydraulic valve, and the DC proportional electromagnet is different from the electromagnet used in the general solenoid valve, and the displacement output and suction output can be obtained proportional to the given current by using the proportional electromagnet. Proportional valve according to its control parameters can be divided into proportional pressure valve, proportional flow valve, proportional direction valve three categories.
Proportional control valve refers to the electric valve that adopts the proportion and integration of two kinds of calculation in the execution process, the farther the calculated value is from the set value, the faster the stepper motor action, which is basically a attenuation sine waveform.
