The VVS & VVP variable vane pump series offers variable flow and low noise for a wide range of applications from medium to low pressure. A full range of control options are available from basic pressure compensation to load sensing and torque limiting. The hydrostatically lubricated bearing design provides exceptionally long service life.
Features and benefits: Due to the characteristics of the manufacturing material, the dynamic lubrication of the bearing and the static pressure balance of the port plate, the pump has a long life, stable operation, and noise from 66 to 73dBA. The hydraulic circuit is simple due to the cancellation of the maximum pressure relief valve and heat exchanger, and the pump can be equipped with different pressure regulators to control the maximum system pressure. Standard ISO and SAE installations provide flexible and low-cost pump units through the combination of standard pumps.
VVP pumps offer a variety of electro-hydraulic controls to adjust pressure and flow. In addition to various pressure adjustment controls, hydraulic load sensing control can also be used to give the pump maximum flexibility and save system energy. The load sensing compensator control accepts a signal pressure directly after the external orifice and before the actuator. Sensing pressure changes (weekly pressure drop SP = 20 bar (300 psi)), the controller will automatically change the pump displacement regardless of pressure changes occurring in the circuit. Load sensing control significantly reduces discharge power. Small, recommended for applications where torque (or force) and speed vary significantly.
