Eaton's Vickers® K(B)FD/TG4V proportional valvesare designed to provide acontrolled oil flow in directproportion to a commandsignal. They are availablein twvo types; a doublesolenoid version that willprovide reversible flow toan actuator and a singlesolenoid throttle version thatprovides a single direction offlow. Hydrostats are availablefor load compensation andparallel flow path modulesare available that will boostthe flow capacity of singlesolenoid throttle versionsto nearly twice that of thestandard valve.Additionally, both of thesevalve types can be suppliedwith or without an integralamplifier built directly ontothe valve.

A range of proportionaldirectional and throttlevalves with integral controlelectronics.Factory-setadjustments of gain, spooldeadband compensationand offset ensure consistentrepeatability valve-to-valve.The only electrical inputsrequired are power supply(24V) and a voltagecommand signal of + 10wor 4-20 mA. The amplifieris housed in a robust metaenclosure, sealed againstingress of water and otherfluids.Electrical connectionsare and lP67 valve 7-pin plug.A spool position monitorpin allows the function ofthe valve to be electricallymonitored.
