‌ATOS proportional valve usage precautions include the following points:

‌Cleaning of oil tanks and oil pipes: All dirt and impurities must be removed, and the oil pipes must be cold-bent, deburred, pickled and derusted. After installation, the pipelines need to be flushed to remove pollutants.

‌Pipeline connection: The pressure pipeline and return oil pipeline between the proportional valve and the pump station should be connected with a silver wire wrapped hose, and appropriate fixing methods should be adopted to prevent breakage. The proportional valve should be installed as close to the actuator as possible to ensure the dynamic characteristics of the system. ‌

Selection of hydraulic oil‌: The hydraulic oil must meet the standards. It is recommended to use high-viscosity high-quality hydraulic oil. When the oil temperature exceeds 60°C, fluororubber seals should be used.

‌Daily maintenance‌: Regularly check whether the wiring head is loose or falling off to prevent rainwater from entering the proportional valve. If the coil is burned out, check and troubleshoot.‌
