Precautions for the use of Rexroth gear pumps

Installation:
The gear pump should be directly connected to the motor through a flexible coupling, and generally should not be rigidly connected or connected to the power source through a gear pair and a belt mechanism.
The design size of the suction line should pay attention to the inlet working pressure, and the bending of the suction pipe and the combination of the suction pipes of several pumps must be avoided.

Operation:
Limit the maximum speed of the gear pump, which cannot be too high or too low.
Generally, the gear pump uses YA-N46 (GB 2512-1981) ordinary hydraulic oil, the working oil temperature is controlled at 0-80℃, and the filtration accuracy is about 25μm.

Maintenance:
After a period of use, the relative sliding surfaces of the gears will be worn and scratched. If the wear and tear are not serious, it can be slightly ground (grinded) and polished before use. If the wear and tear are serious, it needs to be repaired or replaced according to the situation.
It is strictly forbidden to add diesel to the gear oil for dilution. Do not burn the rear axle and gearbox in winter to avoid affecting the start.
