Installation and steering:
The pump has a specified steering direction, and reverse rotation is not allowed. The rotor blade slot is tilted, the blades are chamfered, and the suction and discharge ports of the oil distribution plate are designed according to the established steering direction.

The oil distribution plate and the stator need to be correctly positioned with locating pins, and the blades, rotors, and oil distribution plates must not be installed upside down.

Oil requirements:
The oil temperature should not exceed 55℃, and the viscosity is required to be between 17~37mm²/s. Excessive viscosity makes it difficult to absorb oil, and too low viscosity will cause serious leakage.

The oil should be well filtered during operation to prevent impurities from entering the pump body.

Clearance and wear:
If the gap between the blades in the blade slot is too large, it will increase leakage, and if it is too small, it will affect the free extension and contraction of the blades, which may cause malfunction.

The suction area of ​​the inner surface of the stator is most susceptible to wear, and it can be reversed if necessary to extend the service life.
