15NiCuMoNb5-6-4 seamless steel pipe (WB36) is developed by the German company Mannesmann for use in nuclear power generation units and high-parameter thermal power generation units. It is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. This steel pipe adds alloying elements such as Ni, Cu, Mo, and Nb to the basis of carbon manganese steel, which enhances the steel's fine grain strengthening, high-temperature strength, persistent strength, and persistent plasticity. Its strength is about 40% higher than that of 20G steel, and it can be used at temperatures up to 400°C. It is suitable for high-pressure pipelines, boiler drums, and other high-temperature and high-pressure components.
