1. Nickel based alloy Introduction
- Incoloy alloy is a nickel based corrosion-resistant alloy of the iron chromium series. It has good corrosion resistance in reducing and oxidizing acids, as well as good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. Commonly used materials in chemistry, petrochemicals, nuclear industry, and rare metal extraction include incoloy800, incoloy825, incoloy926, etc.
- Inconel alloy is a nickel, chromium, and iron solution strengthening alloy with excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, as well as excellent cold and hot processing and welding performance. - Hastelloy alloy is a nickel based corrosion-resistant and high-temperature alloy, mainly divided into two categories: nickel chromium alloy and nickel chromium molybdenum alloy. 2. Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings
- Material
This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidation and reduction states. Excellent resistance to point corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Alloy is suitable for various chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher content of molybdenum and chromium makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion erosion, and the tungsten element further improves its corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-276 is one of the few materials that can withstand corrosion from humid chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions. This alloy exhibits significant corrosion resistance to high concentrations of chloride solutions, such as iron chloride and copper chloride.
