Description
1.Adjust the strike energy according to the hardness of material.
2.Piston adopt high-quality material 40CrNiMo.After quenching and low tempering, it has high hardness, uniform structure, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance.
3.The steel body is made by the Alloy structural steel 20CrMo.
4.High efficiency of reversing valve.High precision,strict roundness and concentricity quality inspection ensure that the valve is not stuck.
5.High-quality material such as 42CrMo is adopted on the chisel to support high strength,toughness,hardenability,fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering treatment.
6.With high-quality oil seals,the products have the feature of good sealing function,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.The products can adopt to the vibration of the machine and the egocentricity of the spindle to provide a long time service.
7.Using the high-quality carbon structural steel,the screws have higher strength,good mechanical properties and deformation resistance.
Package
1. The standard free spare parts delivered with hydraulic breaker including: two pieces of Chisel, two pieces of high pressure oil hoses, a set of nitrogen charging device includes a gas bottle and a pressure gauge , a set of repair tools contained in tool box.
2. Inner is stretch film, outside is export wooden case or as customer’s request.
