HBTS80 Diesel power concrete Delivery pump

The concrete delivery pump employs a hydraulic system to generate the requisite pressure and force. Initially, the concrete mixture is loaded into the hopper of the pump. Subsequently, a piston or a set of pistons within the pumping cylinder reciprocates to and fro.

When the piston retreats, it creates a suction effect that draws the concrete from the hopper into the pumping cylinder. As the piston advances, it propels the concrete within the cylinder through the delivery pipe under high pressure.

The movement of the piston is controlled and synchronized by a hydraulic system, which supplies the necessary power and force to guarantee the smooth and continuous flow of concrete through the delivery pipe to the designated location on the construction site.

Our concrete delivery pumps also incorporate control systems and sensors to monitor and adjust the pumping parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and stroke length, with the aim of optimizing the pumping process and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the concrete placement.
