Zero Dynamic’s Electric Motor Assembly Double Plane Automatic Scissor Correction Balancing Machine is a customized motor assembly automatic balancing machine mainly applicable for the motor assembly dynamic balance of high-speed finished motor, products like high speed vacuum cleaner motor, sweeper motor, suction pump, ventilator motor, heat dissipation fan etc products. The equipment performs automatic balance correction by two scissors at both planes.

Double-plane balancing of motor provides better vibration damping than general single-plane balancing, enabling motors to work longer period and giving the user a lower vibration experience. Zero Dynamic’s self-developed balancing software has powerful functions such as spectrum analysis, axial and radial vibration, balance test data, data storage (including initial unbalance and allowable residual unbalance) and qualification judgement.
